Hi, I’m Louise an Integrative Psychotherapist (Bsc), wellness practitioner and hair and makeup artist with over 30 years experience. I have taught for L'Oréal and have worked across photoshoots, exhibitions and full bridal parties. I have experience with luxury weddings, cruise ships and was a hair stylist and MUA for Models International.

I am based in Leigh On Sea, Essex and create experiences that nurture mind, body, and spirit, helping you reconnect with yourself, feel deeply present, and shine from the inside out. Every session, workshop, or bridal experience is crafted with intention, care, and a holistic approach to transformation.
